What is the minimum quantity I can order?

100 is the Minimum.

Can I order a quantity that is not offered?

On standard orders, you can only choose the quantities listed. The exception is on custom quoted orders, and orders above 5000 quantity.

What type of file do you accept?

The preferred file type is a PDF in CMYK at 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch). 

What type of payment do you accept?

MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

What is 4/0 and 4/4?

4/0 and 4/4 refers to 4 color process. Using 4 main colors: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black, you can create almost and color in the rainbow. The exception is that some shades of blue and orange do not have an exact match when printed in CMYK.

Can I use PMS colors in my artwork?

All PMS colors will be converted to 4 color process. The only exception is on custom quoted orders.

Where are these manufactured?

Everything is manufactured at our printing facility in Los Angeles, California USA.
