File types: FolderPrinters.com prefers PDF files, but we also accept JPG, TIF, and EPS files. If a PNG is used, there may be a color shift when converted to CMYK.

Vector art: FolderPrinters.com prefers vector art. This allows images to be resized while maintaining quality. 

Resolution: Files should be at least 300 DPI (dots per inch). 

Color mode: Use CMYK color mode. 

Bleeds: Add a .125 inch bleed area around any image, photo, color, or graphic that extends the edge of the design, to account for cutting.  

Fonts: Outline all your fonts when saving an EPS file.
